Get Back on the Road
Your driving career deserves a second chance.
For drivers unfairly deactivated from Uber or Lyft, and for drivers stuck on a waiting list with no clear timeline.
Platforms we work with
-
Uber
Rides, Eats and Driver accounts. Deactivations and waiting lists.
-
Lyft
Driver accounts in every market. Deactivations and waiting lists.
Independent service. Not affiliated with Uber or Lyft.
One email
stops your
income
Deactivations are automated. A flagged report or a background check error can close your account in minutes.
Most drivers reply fast, in the app, while angry. That short reply becomes the record the platform reviews.
Waiting lists work the other way: nothing happens at all, for weeks, with no explanation and no date.
Either way, we slow it down, find the policy behind the decision, and answer it the way a reviewer expects.

Why drivers
get deactivated
Passenger complaints
Unverified claims and false accusations.
Background check errors
Wrong, outdated or mismatched records.
Rating and performance flags
Ratings, cancellations, acceptance rates.
Fraud detection
Automated flags on trips or payments.
Identity verification
Failed selfie checks and rejected documents.
Safety and policy claims
Alleged conduct or guideline violations.
Vehicle and insurance holds
Inspection, registration or licensing issues.
Appeals already denied
A denied in-app appeal is not the end.
Stuck on a waiting list
Approved but never activated, with no timeline given.
Every appeal
needs a strategy
We prepare the written case, assemble the evidence behind it, and file it through the right channel on your platform.
- 01
Free review
Send the notice. We tell you honestly if the case is strong.
- 02
Strategy
We find the policy used against you and gather your evidence.
- 03
Appeal filed
A complete case file, sent through the right channel, on time.
- 04
Escalation
If needed, a formal demand or arbitration support.
More than
an appeal
We specialize in drivers who believe they were unfairly deactivated, and drivers left waiting with no clear timeline.
Uber & Lyft account reactivation
Legal support for drivers whose accounts have been deactivated.
Waiting list assistance
Helping eligible drivers seek faster activation and resolve delays.
Professional legal support
Experienced attorneys and a dedicated legal team working to protect your interests.
Personalized case review
We review each driver's situation to determine the most effective strategy for their case.
Evidence and documents
Trip records, messages and certificates, organized into a case file.
Escalation when it is warranted
Formal demands and arbitration support where the case supports it.
Your work
matters
We understand the challenges drivers face, and how much depends on getting back on the road and earning.
Experience and a strategy, not a form letter
Extensive experience and a considered approach brought to every case, rather than the same template sent twice.
We tell you the truth about your case
If a case is weak, we say so at the review stage, before you have paid anything.
One point of contact
A person who knows your file from the first message to the final decision, not a new ticket each time.
Driver side only
We work for drivers. Never for the platforms.
People,
not templates
An experienced legal support team, with attorney assistance behind it, reviews every file before a strategy is set.
They read the terms you agreed to, the policy you were accused of breaking, and the evidence you have. Complex cases are exactly the ones that need a person, not a template.
Your case matters. Your future matters. Let our team help you take the next step toward getting back on the road.

Can you guarantee reinstatement?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. The platform decides. We make sure your case is complete and filed correctly.
How long does it take?
It depends on the platform and the reason. You get an expected timeline at the review stage and updates at each step.
What does it cost?
The first review is free. If we take the case, the fee is flat and agreed before any work starts.
My appeal was already denied. Is it over?
Often not. A denied in-app appeal is one stage. A background check dispute, formal demand or arbitration may still be open.
I'm stuck on a waiting list, not deactivated. Can you help?
Yes, that is one of the things we handle. Waiting lists work differently from deactivations: nothing has been decided against you, the application has simply stalled. We look at where it stalled and what, if anything, can move it. Activation remains the platform's decision.
Which platforms do you cover?
Uber and Lyft driver and delivery accounts. For other gig platforms, send the notice and we will tell you if we can help.
Are you connected to Uber or Lyft?
No. Reactiv is independent and works only for drivers.
